Hi, I'm Ashleigh Kavanagh
I live in Kamloops, BC with my husband Ryan (married in 2018) and our dog Jax. I have been scrapbooking for over 20 years and have dabbled in numerous different crafts since I was a kid. I love being creative and seeing a finished product.
I am obsessed with wedding stationery and love designing projects to enhance a couple’s special day. I started by creating items for my best friend’s wedding, and soon I was making projects for multiple friends’ weddings. I branched out from there to working with new people and love every minute of it.

The Invitation Process
So, you’re interested in working with Keepsake Creations on your wedding invitations and stationery. I can’t wait to get started! To get things going, I’ll invite you to an in-person meeting where we can get together and discuss what you’re looking for. Your wedding is a special day and we want to make sure to create the best possible product for you and your guests. I want to hear all about you as a couple so I can create something that really represents you both. We’ll go over the Wedding Client Questionnaire and discuss what you’re looking for and how I can help make that happen.
Once we have determined what products you’re interested in, I’ll put together an estimate within one week of our meeting. I try my best to work within your budget, but keep in mind that wedding stationery is an investment in your special day and I work to make a quality product that fits your style.
If you have photos and ideas of what you like, email them to me at ashleigh@keepsakecreations.ca and I will use them, along with the information I gathered at our initial meeting, to create a sample design that complements the style you’re going for. If you’re ready to move forward with Keepsake Creations, we will approve the estimate and review our contract. After a 50% non-refundable deposit is paid, I will begin designing your wedding invitation suite! This can take a couple of weeks. I email you the proofs of all text that will be in the suite, for your approval.
There can be up to 3 revisions, which is included in the investment we agreed on. You will approve all designs, wording, grammar, punctuation, and spelling. The timing on this process will depend on the number of revisions required.
After the proofs and designs are approved, I will order the supplies needed for the project and once received, I will start production. This can take 6-8 weeks, depending on how long shipping of supplies takes.
Once everything is complete, I will notify you and the remaining 50% of investment is due; I will then either hand-deliver or ship (if you are out of town) the finished product! My goal is to help make this process as easy, fun, and seamless as possible for you.
